Digi WR11 XT, WR11-L600-DE1-XU not connecting. IMIE - simm activated by AT&T.

Our cell rep says the IMEI-simm is activated, but when I put the ASN we were given in I get that it can’t register. I have good signal on the Digi, but it doesn’t connect, no IP. It is configured with a static IP. Our AT&T rep stated that all we need to do is put in the ASN, no other settings are needed. Correct?

I’ve reboot it a number of times, and updated the firmware to: 7.1.1.2.

What is the the APN you are trying to use? Can you post the output of the following two commands:

‘modemstat ?’

and

‘modemprofiles’
