Digichannel c/con-16 configuration files on QNX system

Hello here,
i’m really newbie in qxn and same case with this board, but in our office we are using QNX system with this digiboard for printing some labes (on Atron A602 printers) … from 16 port we are using ony 4 and in last six months we experience some problems on one printer … switching printers have no positive results any others (other cables etc.) test also give no positive results … so we think that problem can be on specific port on digiboard … so here is our problem … here is no one who understand (or using) QNX … this PC running as a part of sotring machine and we cannot “play” with that :slight_smile: Can someone show a way where we can try to modify some configuration file for redirect print from one port to another ?

QNX has not been supported by Digi International for a long time (I have personally never seen it). However, I was able to find a link on the internet that may be helpful:

Also, you may want to consider downloading the DOS diagnostics for this adapter and run the port loopback test to test the integrity of the Digi hardware:
