when installing a digi connect ME on Windows 7 64bits, intalation fails with following message:
code14 error 5 line 561. file RpDevice_2k.cpp
did someone encountered this problem?
Were you using the most current RealPort driver from the Digi website?

at first try we did not have the latest version, so we dowloaded the latest version from the website. no change it stil does not work.
it seems to be related to the laptop itself, because we tried with another laptop (same model with same configuration and Windows version), it worked well…
