I have been given a DigiOne IA to configure. Have downloaded the discovery tool onto a PC, connected the PC to a switch and the IA to the same switch and run the tool. It can’t find the device and there is nothing else connected to the switch.
And yes, everything has power…

Hi,
i’ve the same problem.
I’m fix it with this step.
On the PC I’ve activated an DHCP server.
After few seconds the DIGI catch an IP from the DHCP server.
After that you can see the DIGI from the DIGI discovery App with is IP.
For me, DIGI discovery don’t work on windows 7 and 10 with full upgrade.
