Hello, I have an issue with my new AnywhereUSB/14. I tested it on a Windows Server 2016 VM and a Windows 10 Workstation.
-The most of time, no device really pop to any server or computer (tested with a generic usb key) because we have this message in the device manager :
"Windows ne peut pas charger le pilote de périphérique de ce matériel car une instance précédente de ce pilote de périphérique est présente en mémoire. (Code 38)
Le pilote n’a pas pu être chargé car une version précédente du pilote est encore en mémoire."
Google translation :
"Windows can not load the device driver for this hardware because a previous instance of this device driver is present in memory. (Code 38)
The driver could not be loaded because a previous version of the driver is still in memory."
The device might be connected because it is “connected to this Host PC” status in the Remote Hub Configuration Utility.
It’s a real issue for us.
Another question :
What’s the “tunnel” option for ?
What’s the “RealPort Authentication”, it seems to doesn’t work.
What’s the “Exclusive Mode” option for ?
thank you by advance.
