We have an XP server running D3 with two Port Server II that is servicing 32 dumb terminals. The baud rate is set at 9600 on the dumb terminals and the Digi port configuartion utitlity within XP. Problem is, the dumb terminals seem to run at about 600 baud. I can change the baud rate to 19,200 and it does not change the spee at all. We have another XP server running D3 that is set up exactly(digi) as the one that is slow, but that one works just fine.
It appears that this is some problem with the XP server, but I cannot figure out what. Every setting that we have for the digi configuartion is exactly the same from good server to bad server.
Fyi, telneting in to D3 works just fine and is very fast.
