Edgeport/1 don´t enumerate a com port in device manager

We have,Windows XP sp3,Digi USB Driver v5.10 installed.
The Edgeport/1 have SN:(S) I94903702.
The problem is that only the icon for IonMultiPortSerial shows up in the device manager when the device is plugged in but no com port.We don´t get any com port enumration.
