Although this worked yesterday, the device manager is no longer showing the Edgeport/1 USB converter with a port #. The Edgeport configuration software reports it as a com 8. My other Edgeport/1 USB converter works fine.Moving to different USB ports, uninstalling and reinstalling the driver doesn’t help, nor does rebooting. Changing the port to an empty slot didn’t help either. I am not sure if this device is actually working at the indicated port # in edgeport configuration utility. Any ideas?
