I have been using the Edgeport/22C on an older laptop. I am now needing to use it on Windows XP SP2. It only sees 1 com port. I did get it to see the other com port once, but then it disappeared never to return. I checked the system settings to be sure nothing is conflicting. When I do the test, usually the the first com ports shows passed and the second shows failed. Sometimes both com ports fail for no reason. I am thinking I need updated drivers. Where would I get them?
