Edgeport Used with javax.comm win32com.dll com library

I’m having problems with messages being dropped when using an Edgeport with my Windows XP machine and Java code which uses the Sun provided Java commapi javax.com and the win32com.dll library. Everything works fine if I use a ‘normal’ serial port on the same machine, but if I run through the Edgeport I’ve got problems.

Anyone out there have any ideas?

I’ll be happy to work with you on your issues. I am not aware of any known issues with Javax.comm/Win32com.dll
