Vista will not accept the Edgeport. Keep coming up “interactive window station required”. I have been through all the previous posts and nothing will work. I know the device works as I tried it on another XP based system and it booted fine. Any ideas?

I have let windows automatically download and I have also used the version for vista on the website.
I’ll admit I am a much better as an electrician than I am with computers.

Try this driver:
ftp://austin:!15st3n!@ftp1.digi.com/temp/40002537_2.zip
Extract the .zip file somewhere convenient, then point the found new hardware wizard to that location, where the files were extracted. In Vista, that option is called “Browse my Computer”. You’ll also want to choose the option that says “I don’t have a disc.”
What ever they are paying you it is not enough.
