Error in founding device s2d series

i am given the command to XB24DZ7UIS-004 (S2D Family) for creating the star network using XCTU software.
i am setting parameters using AT command mode
1)ATCE=0 (i want this module as end device)
2)ATSC=7FFF(by default)
3)ATNI=Slave1(name of the device)
4)ATID=111
5)ATSM=4(Cyclick sleep mode)
6)ATJV=1
7)ATDL=0000
8)ATDH=0000
All command set then remove the module from USB to TTL converter and again try to connect/search the module but its show error device not fount.

Do you have a Coordinator set up for your base node? This product is a Zigbee mesh based product. In order to establish a network and communicate, you must have one as an always on Coordinator.
