I’m trying to get XCTU to recognize my XBee 2. I’m using a SparkFun XBee Explorer USB board (https://www.sparkfun.com/products/11812). However, every time I try to add the device I get the above error. Any thoughts?
Is the XBee in a sleep state?
have you talked to Spark fun?
Who’s drivers did you install for the USB? From what web site did you get them from?
