Failed OTA firmware update on a Digi Router

Hi, I have evidently failed to perform an OTA firmware update on a Digi Router, which now exhibits no LED activity, whatever I try on it.

I find in the documentation that a programming cable exists that can prsumably be used with X-CTU but can find its P/N or definition nowhere.

Any help appreciated.
