Is there perhaps any firmware for XBP24BZ7UIT-004, which allows it to form networks with a XBP24BUIT-004 running with firmware 1147 or 1347 respectively?
The firmware versions you are referring to are out dated and no longer supported by anyone. Try using the current 2xA7 firmware versions on your two XBee ZB modules instead.
