Firmware upgrade failing

Hi - I’m struggling to find a firmware for the device below. Is one available please. As the ones I have tried keep failing.

Thanks. I can confirm that this is the firmware I have already downloaded. I still get firmware update failed when attempting the upgrade

After a recent Windows server patch, Anywhere USB manager will not connect to the device. I suspect the patch may have disabled old versions of TLS which this device may use so I’m trying the firmware update to see if it helps.

You can set the device to use a default version of TLS (See AnywhereUSB® Plus User Guide )

I would also suggest creating a support ticket by going to my.digi.com and logging in.
