Which modul do I need for the future when I use the ME9210 on a own board? Digi Connect ME9210 -S or -C
How can I update the device flash with my NET+OS Application without JTAG?
you still need a Netos module “-c”

built in ftp server allows to ftp new image.bin/rom.bin/backup.bin
make sure your app has ftp server enabled as well for future updates.

yes, default shipping firmware has an ftp server for firmware update purposes.
