there is a way to do hardware reset of my connect me?

do you mean reboot? Or are you looking to factory default the firmware? Also, which software are you running on the ME?

No reboot, reset factory in hardware mode because I don’t access in the software, there isn’t link on Digi(other device work on same cable).
