I initially was running a edgeport/8 on XP. I was having a problem where it would lose connectivity randomly with random connections. I tried to install a new edgeport and got an error while trying to install the drivers. “windows could not load installer for ionmultiportserial. Contact your hardware vendor for assistance.” How do fix the problem?
