How do you reset a Rapidport 4 USB to factory defaults?

The modem does not pick up even when dialed into by a regular phone.

Is there a way to reset the modem back to factory defaults?

Is there a way to force the modem to hang up one of the ports while allowing one of other 3 to be dialed into?
