How to know whether i am using xbee s8 865 lp or Xbee s8 868 lp ?

I know the Xbee partno. its XB8-DMUS-002 revF.
How can i know for sure which model of Xbee S8 it is. Is it 865 lp or 868 lp.

From what I was able to find from a google search:

“The XBee 868LP operates between 863 MHz and 870 MHz, making it deployable in several regions throughout the world including approved European countries and India by utilizing a software selectable channel masking feature.” Source: http://www.digi.com/products/xbee-rf-solutions/modules/xbee-868lp

This page says: “Low-power RF module for India (865 MHz) or Europe (868 MHz) with DigiMesh”
https://media.digikey.com/pdf/Other%20Related%20Documents/Digi%20International%20Other%20Doc/Xbee_RF_Features_Chart.pdf

The support page is also titled “XBEE 865/868 LP MODULES” Source: http://www.digi.com/support/productdetail?pid=5508

So I think the answer is that the S8 868/865 LP is a single product, and you’re confusing the two different names.

They are the same product.

The CM parameter (channel mask) is used to determine what channels the radio will use.

The description for this parameter is below:

This mask limits the channels that the radio will transmit on. See the manual for the list of frequencies. Channel 0 is bit 0. At least 2 channels must be enabled, except when using only the g4 frequency. When using only the g4 frequency (use 0x200000000) LBT+AFA will be disabled and requires the power level to be 5mW or less. Examples: 863-865 use 0x1FF, 864-865 use 0x1E0, 863-868 use 0xFFFFFF, 863-865/868-868.6 use 0x60001FF.
