I want setup an ad hoc network on xbee then connect my android phone to that network for wireless communication to xbee that will forward my signal to Arduino.
What data are you trying to forward from what device? If I understand you, you want to make a wireless ADHOC network between the XBee WIFI module and your Cell phone. Is that correct?
