How to shorten the time that the end device joining to the ZB network

hi,
I have found that the end device (Xbee Pro S2B, XBP24BZ7, END DEVICE AT, 2270 ) need nearly 12 seconds to rejoin the ZB network when it wakes up.
The time is too long for the low power system.
How can I shorten the time?
