In the “User Guide Digi One Family and PortServer TS Family” page 20 it states that you can allow for Simultaneous connections the issue is following the path “Configuration > Serial Ports > port >Advanced Serial Settings > Enable multiple systems to simultaneously connect there” is no where to enable multiple systems to simultaneously connect. We updated the firmware to the most recent version but the option is still not available.
Select the “TCP Sockets” connection profile and look in Configuration, Serial Ports, Advanced Serial Settings.
Then see if it is available for the connection profile of your choice.
