How to upgrade XBP24CZ7PIS-004 to 802.15.4?

Hi,
I have XBP24C module which works fine as ZigBee device.
I would like to reflash my XBP24CZ7PIS-004-revG into 802.15.4 version but XCTU does not show 802.15.4 as available option in “Function Set”.

Resource explorer has 802.15.4 SMT PRO possibility for XBP24C Product family.

What is wrong with my module?

You need to upgrade your firmware options in XCTU by telling it to download new versions. You also need to be using XCTU 6x for that to be an option.
