How zig-bee coordinator will recognize the end device in the zig-bee network.

I am not sure I understand your question. The Coordinator recognizes the device requesting the Join by specific functions or identifiers it provides in the Join request.
You would only need to know if you wanted to send large amounts of data to it if it is an end device or not.
