Insufficient Memory Error During RCI Request--Only sending 1KB

We are trying to send some configuration data to our WR21 via an RCI request. The response that we get indicates an “Insufficient Memory Error”, however the documentation says we can send up to 32KB RCI requests are ours is only 1KB. Here is the HTML of the response:

Has anyone else experienced this error before?

That’s odd. What is the request? Can you see the same problem if you send a simple ‘query settings’ request?
