We’ve been using a Rabbit 2000 speaking I2C (using Dynamic C 8.03’s I2C.Lib) to Matrox Orbital’s LCD2041 LCD display rev 1.x (last 1.5) for a few years. Matrox orbital ‘upgraded’ the display to rev 2.0 (hardware & firmware), causing the display not to function as before (in our app). Some of our chars appear, but mostly jibberish.
Are there any (known) issues with the 8.03 I2C comms library ? Should I upgrade Dynamic C (& thus i2c.lib)?
