Losing Serial Port Config after power loss (Portserver TS 16)

After experiencing a power failure our PortServer TS 16s are losing (reseting) the settings of the Serial Ports. Only the port server lost power the linux box was not affected.

Should this loss of configuation occur?
Can we prevent configuartion loss after power failure?
