Nessus scans Digi Port Server authentication failure

We have Digi Port Server ConnectPort TS. We use Tenable Nessus to scan our systems for vulnerabilities and security issues. When Nessus scans the Digi device we get authentication failure, despite using the correct credentials for the device.

I suspect that the Nessus scanners do not recognized the device OS. But I wanted to know if anyone else has ran into similar issues? Or if there are any configuration or settings that can be checked, which would allow safe credentialed scanning for the device?
