I have the CM32 and was using that to connect to a Nortel Option 11C fine for years. We relocated and in the move lost the adapter. I ordered the one from the web that was supposed to be for nortel (76000697) however it doesn’t work. Does anyone have their nortel SDI port working with the CM and if so could you share what adapters you are using.
The 76000697 console adapter you ordered is designed for a different product, the Portserver line. The console adapter to order for the Digi CM is part number 76000671, which is a Digi CM db9F console adapter.
