Old ISA card in a new motherboard

Dear All,
I have an old PC/16e ISA RS232 multiport running in an old ASUS TX97 motherboard (PI 166 Mhz 32 Mb RAM).
All the system is working OK.
I need to replace de old motherboard for a new one ( Advantech PIII,1Ghz,64 Mb RAM ).

When I put the PC/16e in the new system I CAN'T make any of the 16 ports comunicate with the minimodems atached. Either can comunicate with a terminal soft with another PC.
The PC/16e diagnostic soft report everything OK.
I have not map memory problems.
The driver comunication report everything Ok but only gets NO REPLAY.
I would know if somebody meet the same problem and how to solve it.

Thanks in advance, Fernando.
