password recovery

We have a brand new WR11 and for some reason the default username and password is not working. we also tried to reset the device but still no luck. We have 13 of these WR11’s and this is the first time we are not able to login to it. Is there any other ways to get the password reset?

Hi Tony and welcome to Digi Forum.

If yours is a brand new unit, it should have a unique passowrd on the label, so you would need to use that one to login. As username, it depends on the firmware, but most probably you would need to use “admin”.
