pcsend.exe sample program indicating error

hello guys,
i am trying 2 execute a sample program
path :-
RABBITSYS\DCRABBIT_10.64\Samples\LCD_Keypad\Windows\ pcsend.exe
but when executed using command prompt, it shows connection failed.
i have made proper connection for the Ethernet port, but still its indicating error. please some1 help me in resolving the error.
