I installed the PKG-U usb unit on a win xp machine and got it to work, not its not and I cannot get it to work. Its giving me and error 10 “device cannot start”
I tried all the drivers, uninstalled, shut down, you name it.
What can I do to get this modem working. Thank you

Usually the error Code 10 “device cannot start” is caused by a driver error. Try uninstall all drivers you installed for this modem, reboot and then install the correct driver again.
