Port Server ts 8 how do I console into devices

I have a Port Server TS 8. So I can telnet into the TS8, but an having a hard time consoling into a standard cisco device after that. What type of cable do I use to console into a standard cisco device?

Straight through? Cross Over? Roll over?

You will need a specific cable for Cisco console connectivity:

Try using microsoft Telnet with the Device IP then you wouldn’t need any serial connection.
