"PortServer II 16" reset signal sent to all ports

Hi,

We have a problem with a PortServer II 16 + Ports/16 EM. A reset signal is sent to all the ports, and it has caused that Solaris machines connected to these ports were rebooted.

We were told that it is a firmware problem, but the TS has the latest revision.

Does anyone have information about this problem?
