PortServer TS 4 with old firmware - how to upgrade?

Firmware version: 82000716_G 12/05/2002

What is the upgrade path to the current firmware version? It is my understanding that I first need to upgrade the POST, but I am not sure which version to use and more importantly I have no idea where to get it.

Thanks! The upgrade was successful. It did not occur to me to look for the files under the legacy support.
