Updating Firmware etc.

I am new to PortServers I have two TS4s. Since they are a couple of years old and nothing has been done to them I would like to update the Firmware. It says I may need to update the POST first. Where are there instructions on doing this and how do I find out the version of POST?

Below are the current system settings.
Model: PortServer
Type: TS 4
Firmware version: Version 82000716_K 02/28/2005

In the firmware release notes for each product are instructions for updating the firmwware and for updatig the POST. Here is a link to the notes for your product:
