What are the recovery options after updating PortServer TS 4 EOS firmware without updating to correct POST?

I failed to update the POST when updating the firmware on a PortServer TS 4. Old firmware on device was circa. 2003 and the update likely caused a problem because device does not dhcp/show up on network. What are my options for recovering the device or is it bricked?
