PortServer TS M MEI and internal modem

Hi!

I have got PortServer TS 1 M MEI (P/N (1P)50000836-28 J). It has RJ-45 modem line instead of RJ-11 and there is no cable for connecting internal modem to phone line in a package. How to connect this modem to phone line?

Even though there is an 8 pin connector, a standard 2/4 pin phone (RJ11) cable will work fine in the port.
