PortServer TS4 Lock

I have an installation with two PortServer TS4 installed on one server. Sporadically a PortServer hang and stop responding serial ports, does not return pings and you can not get to manage, the only solution is to reboot the device. This scenario occurs in any of the two devices. I have more installations with these devices and I have these symptoms, this facility is the only one that I have two PortServer on the same network and drivers on a single computer.

Please check whether port sharing is enabled on the PortServers.?

Are you running the latest firmware? Assuming you are using the PortServer TS4 with 82000747 firmware, the 8200747_V1 firmware fixed one issue where it was possible to run out of sockets in some network scenarios, and you would not be able to ping the device anymore.
