When I connect a GPS antenna through digi port server TS MEI to the system, some times system shows blue screen and restart. can i get a solution for this…?
We’re going to need a lot more info than that, such as how you have your digi product configured, etc. I’d recommend opening a Tech Support inquiry so we can look into it deeper.
Also, if you’re using the Realport driver on a Windows platform, I’d recommend checking the support website (http://www.digi.com/support) and upgrading to the latest Realport driver for starters. I note in the release notes for the driver that a “blue screen” issue was resolved with the latest release.
