Programming a OP7100

I am using Dynamic C 32 6.30 software and I am trying to program my OP7100 with the sample backlite.c. I am able to compile it and Dynamic C enters into debug mode but if you try to run the program in debug it looses connection. I have also removed the connector and tried to see if the board was running the program but the backlight is not coming on.

I am using a Serial Interface Board to program the OP7100.

I can compile and run sample programs that do not use any of the graphical features of the LCD screen or the libraries.

I have updated the lib files for the updated chip.
