RCM 3365 : In-circuit programming

Hi
I would like to be able to update my firmware on my RCM 3365 module without using Dynamic C and the programming cable everytime, but I’m afraid I am extremely new on this area.

Can someone please point me to some literature on this, and through which protocol (TCP/IP, RS232 etc.) it is possible. I have no idea on where to start the research on this

I have been using a product from http://www.shdesigns.org/ for some time and it works great.
