hello to all
i m using RCM4000 rabbit core module for development purpose.
i dont have any prototype board as well as download cables.
i m having only RCM4000 rabbit core module.do for downloading i m using USB-serial converter.
i designed a circuit using ST3232.
i have made following connections.
Connector J3
+3.3V is connected to Pin No-1
GND is connected to Pin No-2
Connector J1:
Pin No 4,9,10 is shorted to +3.3V
Pin 1 of J1 is connected to Tx of the DB9 connector through RS232 converter(ST3232).
Pin 6 of J1 is connected to RX of the DB9 connector through RS232 converter(ST3232). i m receiving following message.
Error:
while sending Pilot Bios:
Timeout while waiting for response from target
plz suggest me what is the problem???
can i use simple RS232 Ashynchronus mode for downloading???
