RCM4300 - No rabbit processor detected

Trying to use RCM4300. Connected pin 1 to +3.3V. Connected Pin 2 and 50 to GND.
Connected the USB PROG Cable P/N: 20-101-1183 to the board.
Trying to run a sample program. I get the error message

“While Sending Cold Loader. No Rabbit Processor detected”

Any ideas?

Make sure you use the “PROG” connector and not the “DIAG” connector at the end of the cable. The red stripe should be close to the edge of the board.
