The Realport connection is closed/restarted from the Windows server automatically daily, and then the server tries to reconnect. When it tries to reconnect, the active port connections show port # in a “logging in” status. We are seeing this on a couple of our servers at multiple locations. When I click disconnect, the port will reconnect fine.
What is causing the “logging in” status and how can I make the digi port disconnect/reconnect if it is stuck for 5-10 seconds?
