Reset Digi connect SP

Hi,

I’ve a Digi connect SP. I’m not capable to update the device. I try to enter on console pressing v during the reset but nothing happens.

And also, how can I reset the device? I try to plug the device pressing the reset button but nothing happens.

Any help will be appreciated,

Is there an error code blinking on the power LED?

Yes. But the power led remain in red position and no blinking.
It seems that the reset button does nothing.
