SDRAM timing parameter 46b (BCLK high to CAS* Valid)

The NET+50 Hardware Reference from September 2002 (8833450A) used the time refereed as 46b in the SDRAM timing diagrams. But the corresponding value is not shown in table 146, which contains the other SDRAM timing values. Can someone please help me to find this value? Is it the same value shown in table 145 (Fast Page/EDO timing characteristics)?
